Most of the Costa Ricans are very religious. More than 90% believe in the Christian god and overall one might say that Costa Ricans are rather conservative. On sundays most ticos go to church in order to attend a service. You will discover religious sign almost everywhere in this country. Faith is a very important aspect of the community. And even though most Costa Ricans believe in the Christian god, other religions are genuinely accepeted. A peaceful community is very important to the people in Costa Rica.
